Katie Tierney

Katie has worked at Commonwealth since November 2011. She graduated from Midway College with a Bachelor’s degree in Equine Management in 2009, but was surprised to find she had a passion for small animal veterinary assisting and is happy to have found her calling. She has a special interest in surgery and pain management and also helps some with hospital management. In her free time, she enjoys ministry work and working outdoors on her property. She lives in rural Harrodsburg with her 2 dogs, River and Banjo, and a cat she adopted from Dr. Bosse, Eevee.
